Here's how it works:

The Unlimited Laser Coaching Program is offered in a convenient online format, with Zoom calls and email the primary communication tools.

Your designer schedules an introductory 30-minute deep-dive session. The first coaching session is 30 minutes long, during which we’ll identify your design goals. We’ll then agree on the first Action Plan assignment so your designer can jump right in and start making progress. They’ll get a same-day recording of the call, confirmation of the Action Plan, and a link to schedule their next coaching call. Calls are unlimited for one year – in order to drive action, a completed Action Plan is required to schedule the next call.

The remaining sessions are 15 minutes each. Once your designer completes their Action Plan, they schedule their next call. Each Action Plan is a set of tasks that your designer and I agree on. When they’ve completed those tasks, they can schedule their next 15-minute laser coaching call. It’s up to them how quickly they implement the strategies we discuss. I’ll help them make decisions to keep moving forward.

On each call we will focus on and strategize what’s most pressing in your organization right now — and get customized feedback based on decades of experience. Breakthrough insights are inevitable, making these mind-stretching and exhilarating calls.

Anything related to your design role and professional goals. Examples include career objectives, studio setup, clients relations, proposals, fees and chargebacks, client relationships, creative strategy, design briefs, creative critiques, presentations that sell, working with teams and vendors, and much more.

Is it really unlimited?

Yes. Once you complete the Action Plan homework assignment, you can go online and schedule your next session. It’s entirely up to you how quickly you implement the strategies we discuss. You’ll have 1:1 access to me for a full year.

What if I can't do the Action Item assignment?

If you’re truly stuck, email me anytime. We’ll figure out how to move forward, either with an easier assignment, or breaking it into smaller parts, or uncovering and removing the blockage.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. On our first (30 minute) call, if you don’t think I can absolutely help you achieve your business goals, then we’ll cancel the agreement and I’ll refund your money immediately. However, the pre-work and onboarding call requires a lot of time and prep work, so you will be refunded the amount you paid less a $150 onboarding fee. No refunds are offered beyond the onboarding session, so please be ready to commit to having a coach and being held accountable for doing the work. You’ve got this!
